As we scale our operations, we're looking for a
Senior Web Developer & Automation Specialist

to join our Bengaluru delivery office. This is a
cross-border role

where you'll work closely with our Australian team and may even have opportunities to travel to Australia for collaboration, training, or project delivery.

What You'll Do

Web Development

  • Develop and maintain high-performance websites and landing pages (Webflow, WordPress, ).
  • Ensure responsive design, SEO optimisation, and accessibility standards.
  • Build APIs and integrations connecting websites to CRMs, analytics, and automation systems.

Automation & Systems Integration

  • Architect and manage workflows using n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel.
  • Connect CRMs, analytics, and third-party APIs for smooth data flows.
  • Automate lead generation, nurturing, and sales enablement pipelines.

Campaign & Data Execution

  • Support marketing campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages) through technical integrations.
  • Run A/B tests and optimise funnels for higher conversion rates.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build dashboards to monitor performance, automation uptime, and ROI.
  • Provide insights to reduce costs and improve results.

Collaboration

  • Work with our Australian team across Brisbane/Gold Coast time zones.
  • Translate creative briefs into technical builds and explain outputs clearly to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in
    web development

(HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, ).
- Proven expertise in
automation workflows and CRM integrations

.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Bonus: Experience with
voice agents

(conversational AI, IVR, or AI-driven assistants) OR a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with
modern development tools

(e.g., Cursor, AI-assisted coding) and applying AI tools efficiently.
