Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions at Bechtel. You will work closely with hiring managers to create and post job requisitions, analyze resumes for relevant skills and experience, and assist with the selection process. Your work will contribute to bringing top talent to work for Bechtel, ensuring a competitive edge, and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and salary negotiation.
  • Analyzing resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducting screening interviews, and assisting managers with interviews.
  • Working with managers to create appropriate requisitions and ads, including developing job descriptions and posting on internal and external sites.
  • Representing the organization at employment fairs, participating in campus recruiting activities, and building sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and applicants to enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Relevant work experience with full life cycle recruiting, familiarity with high-volume and fast-paced environments, preferably in-house experience.
  • Prior experience in passive sourcing techniques and assessing talent recruitment for hard-to-fill or niche positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level.
