AI Automation Project Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing automation projects, guiding interns and specialists in building workflows, and ensuring clients are kept updated on progress, challenges, and outcomes. Your role combines project oversight, client communication, and a strong understanding of sales/marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Workflow Development: Guide and mentor interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier), and oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Integration and Quality Control: Ensure smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks, and monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
Requirements:
  • Automation Tools: Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • CRM Experience: Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Project/Client Management: Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
