Security Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our CIAM and Security Observability teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Oversee offshore contractors and ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between offshore and onshore teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess contractor performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure the offshore team is adequately staffed and resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and quality of work meets expectations.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on contractor performance and progress to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all offshore operations comply with policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 7+ years in technology project management, focusing on managing offshore teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
