Seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to assume the role of DLP Lead, responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Data Loss Prevention solutions.

With extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex security projects, this individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective deployment and maintenance of DLP systems across the organization.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  1. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP">
  2. Proven track record of managing teams and leading complex security projects">
  3. Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments">
  4. Ability to automate processes using scripting as per the capability of the tool">
  5. Understanding of data classification and ability to manage policies and exceptions">
  6. Experience in monitoring endpoints, web, email, etc., and analyzing data produced by client DLP systems">
  7. Knowledge of BCP/DR of DLP and ability to develop incident management and escalation workflows
