**Project Finance Specialist Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Specialist to source and close funding from international banks, HNIs, and family offices for eligible projects and operating businesses.

The successful candidate will originate prospects, structure proposals/term sheets, coordinate due diligence, manage lender/investor communications, negotiate closing documentation, and ensure post-closing covenants and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Structure and negotiate funding proposals with lenders and investors, ensuring alignment with client objectives and financial goals.
  • Coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Negotiate and finalize closing documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and board-approved terms.
