About the Role

As a Strategic Total Reward Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our total reward priorities and delivering solutions that support both colleagues and strategic business aspirations.

You will guide the business through change and risk management, ensuring total reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and underpin increased business performance.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading total reward advice, guidance, and insight across the business unit(s), developing customer-centric data-led total reward solutions to deliver differentiated outcomes for specific business unit(s) and geographies.
  • Identifying opportunities and delivering solutions to enhance the effectiveness of total reward to drive improved business performance, working closely with HR teams to ensure seamless Reward CoE activities and processes.
  • Driving increased leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption and use, leveraging opportunities to enable managers to make balanced, consistent, and unbiased total reward decisions.
  • Implementing and embedding total reward programmes (cyclical and change) across the business, enhancing total reward value as part of the EVP.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Advanced business partnering skills to lead and shape partnerships with leaders to translate business unit/CU goals into total reward programmes.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify root causes of issues, develop effective solutions, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the Reward CoE's effectiveness.
  • Change and project delivery expertise to facilitate smooth transition of total reward change to attract, reward, and retain colleagues throughout the organization.
  • Storytelling with data/business insights to build the case for total reward change, drawing on data and analytical insights, and communicating through customer-centric design.

You should have:

  • A proven track record as a respected total reward expert with at least 7 years' experience of leading effective change across all elements of total reward within disruptive business environments.
  • Deep technical total reward experience developed across design to delivery in at least four reward specialist areas, with the ability to embed change through high-impact education and learning.
  • Experience of establishing strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business to deliver significant people change.
