Supply Chain Transformation Specialist

The Supply Chain Transformation Specialist is a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives.

About the Role:

  • This position plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution and coordination across multiple teams and projects.
  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis, planning, and executing strategic supply chain implementations.
  • A critical component of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategic supply chain transformations.
  2. Analyze business needs and develop solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
  3. Conduct site visits and assess current operations to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert in supply chain management, providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise-level software systems.
  • Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Certification in supply chain management or a related field.
