Job Title

We are seeking an experienced supply chain planning expert to help us optimize our integrated business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement data-driven solutions in a cloud-based environment.
  • Create transformation workbooks with commands, schedule tasks, automation chains, scripts, and forms.
  • Developing embedded algorithms and workflows to enhance business logic.
  • Author or enhance scorecards and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Enhance business planning logic in the RapidResponse environment.
  • Closed loop development for end-to-end process integration.
  • Exposure to Control Set configurations, Planning Calendars, and PDR customizations.
  • Perform regression testing and create functional specification documents.
  • Conduct technical execution of solutions including requirements gathering, blueprinting.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of working knowledge in implementation of different Kinaxis RapidResponse modules.
  • Strong scripting, forms, and webservices skills including macros, embedded algorithms, and workflows.
  • Foundational knowledge of RapidResponse Data Governance, Data model, and scenarios architecture.
  • Experience in integration of Kinaxis with other Source ERP systems, data warehouses, for inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Should be Kinaxis Author Level 3 or Solution Consultant Level 3 certified, Level 2 in Admin and at least 3 solution certifications in RapidResponse.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain planning processes in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, etc.
  • Able to identify gaps in existing processes, design and develop the solution, configure the system.
  • Build automation of processes in vendor collaboration, forecasting, demand & supply planning etc.
  • Work closely with Business users, IT partners, global business leaders, to evaluate problem statement, analyze, build solution.
  • Conduct workshops to understand business process requirements and propose the best possible solutions.
  • Configure system, design resources like workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, forms, and scripts, etc.
  • Design and develop technical and functional specifications.
  • Working knowledge of popular ERP systems (SAP ERP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Good problem-solving and analytic skillset with an ability to innovate.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiations skills.
