Strategic HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist

As a seasoned Cloud HCM Functional Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving complex issues in implementation projects
  • Benchmarking and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) during the sales cycle to demonstrate value
  • Enhancing existing tools and accelerators to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Designing and implementing new tools and accelerators to meet business needs
  • Identifying and resolving critical issues encountered during test cycles

To succeed in this role, you must be a subject matter expert in functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules, with expertise in multiple modules and exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.

A proven track record as a functional lead/architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America) is essential.
