Job Title: HCM Cloud Technical Expert

About the Role:

This position involves delivering technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems. It requires a deep understanding of system architecture, configuration, and integration with other applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical components for HCM Cloud system implementation, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Develop data extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with external systems.
  • Create reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Design and implement fast formulas.
  • Demonstrate functional expertise in at least two HCM modules, including Core HR.
  • Have knowledge of Redwood framework and Journey configuration.
  • Personalize and customize pages using VBS.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs.
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to business users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
