Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill this key role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Lead the implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules, overseeing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to drive digital adoption across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes and resolve technical or business-related issues. Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where necessary, adhering to best practices and business requirements.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identifying opportunities for process improvements and working with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
