This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals to effectively sell our innovative software solutions to clients in the designated region.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. - Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for team members.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to support their growth and success. - Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. - Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Independently handle key accounts to generate business.
- Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Ensure efficient use of CRM tools and sales resources. - Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of PLM, CAD, and CAE technologies and their applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. - Sales Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace preferred. - Experience:
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years of successful sales experience in the PLM, CAD, or CAE technology industry. - Leadership Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role. - Skills:
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and manufacturing industries.
