Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with insurance leaders, agents, and advisors.
- Training & Development: Conduct engaging training sessions to drive business growth.
- Business Development: Work with agents and advisors to enhance lead generation and conversions.
- Post-Training Support: Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution.
- Travel & Regional Adaptation: Deliver training in regional languages and adapt to market needs.
- Process Improvement: Gather feedback and work on sales performance enhancement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in insurance training.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Salary: ₹35,000/- per month.
