Job Title: Corporate Talent Acquisition StrategistEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearAbout the Role

We seek an experienced corporate talent acquisition strategist to lead our talent acquisition efforts across all business units. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our organization's vision and goals.

Your primary objective will be to create and maintain a robust manpower plan and budget, execute timely talent acquisition strategies, and establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement a near-term and long-term talent strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and goals
  2. Develop and manage a manpower plan and budget
  3. Execute timely talent acquisition strategies across all business units
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Plan and manage recruitment marketing campaigns
  6. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and regulations
  7. Lead, develop, and motivate the talent acquisition team
  8. Bring operational excellence and performance metrics
  9. Manage recruitment budget and resources
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in talent acquisition and develop industry mapping and market intelligence skills within the team
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least 15 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • At least 8 years of experience in heading talent acquisition for an organization
  • Managed a team of at least 10 resources
  • Experience working in an IT product organization is preferred
