We are seeking a strategic business leader to spearhead our Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, consulting expertise, and deep knowledge of CDP technologies and use cases.

  • As the lead for our CDP practice, you will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and driving successful delivery of data-driven customer experience programs.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities, develop and nurture CXO-level relationships, and position CDP as a core enabler of digital transformation.
  • In this role, you will translate business objectives into CDP use cases and measurable outcomes, lead discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients, and partner with technology teams to design CDP architectures and integrations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development, with a strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing
  • Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning

  • Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development
