**Job Overview**

The ideal candidate for this senior accounting role will possess a strong background in financial and technical accounting, with experience managing month-end close processes and preparing financial statements. They will also have excellent analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage month-end close process including accurate and timely recording of income, expenses, and changes in assets and liabilities
  • Review and approve journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement trend analyses for management
  • Ensure overall technical accounting compliance, including monitoring relevant IFRS and US GAAP developments
  • Provide training sessions and keep business partners abreast of developments in accounting and revenue recognition

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of financial and accounting experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • CPA/CA certification preferred

**Requirements:**

  • Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of both IFRS and US GAAP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
