Senior Accountant Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record, verify, consolidate, and enter transactions into the general ledger.
  • Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
  • Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
  • Manage the payroll process.
  • Complete external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting with a focus on senior-level positions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com).
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
