Job Title: Sales Manager Sourcing
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive our sourcing efforts and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain active relationships with key partners, ensuring asset usage and business updates.
- Drive project awareness among partners via training camps, briefings, and digital sales kits.
- Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources across the region.
- Build long-term relationships with local influencers and community leaders.
- Plan and execute community-led activations to generate verified walk-ins.
- Capture structured feedback from partners and prospects to improve our services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing daily beat plans, organizing weekly engagement sessions, sharing timely updates with partners, and tracking walk-in volumes.
- Execute daily beat plans across defined partner zones and clusters.
- Organize and lead weekly partner engagement sessions using updated project kits.
- Share timely updates with sourcing partners, including price revisions and availability changes.
- Track CP-wise walk-in volumes and recommend reactivation or substitution strategies for low-performing partners.
- P0, P1, and Breadth CP engagement - Activation, training, and continuity.
- Expansion of society, club, and RWA referral ecosystems.
- Influencer and local referral network cultivation.
- Weekly walk-ins generated through CP and non-CP sources.
- CP training and coverage per project.
- Usage and distribution of digital sales assets.
- Quality and conversion rate of sourced leads.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, 4-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales, and proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of buyer behavior and sourcing dynamics.
- High execution ownership with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders across fragmented sourcing environments.
