Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant Position

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to assume the role of Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant. In this capacity, you will be responsible for delivering the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing data extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems
  • Designing and implementing reports using Business Intelligence Publisher
  • Performing data conversion using Human Data Loader
  • Creating fast formulas
  • Holding a functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR
  • Understanding of Redwood framework architecture
  • Knowledge of Journey configuration
  • Executing page personalizations and customizations using Visual Builder Studio
  • Migrating existing page personalizations to Redwood using Visual Builder Studio
  • Developing integrations using REST APIs

A desirable skillset would be experience in OIC development or VB programming. You will also be accountable for preparing and submitting technical documentation, participating in requirement collection discussions with business stakeholders, managing integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, providing training and support to business users, and working closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Certifications in HCM Cloud functionalities are highly valued.
