Key Responsibilities:

  • We execute refractory insulation works in industrial furnaces, kilns, boilers, and other high-temperature equipment.
  • We plan and oversee hot cold insulation projects including pipelines, equipment, and structures.
  • We ensure correct application of in-situ casting techniques for cold insulation.

Project Coordination Supervision

  • We lead and monitor insulation and refractory teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • We coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to meet project timelines.
  • We ensure adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Quality Control Inspection

  • We conduct regular inspections to ensure proper refractory installation and insulation application.
  • We identify defects or failures in refractory linings and insulation systems and recommend corrective measures.
  • We ensure work aligns with international refractory and insulation standards (ASTM, API, ISO, BS).

Safety Risk Management

  • We enforce safety protocols for refractory works, hot cold insulation, and in-situ casting processes.
  • We ensure compliance with HSE regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • We conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks with workers.

Documentation Reporting

  • We maintain records of materials, labor, and project progress.
  • We prepare technical reports, work completion certificates, and inspection documentation.
  • We communicate project updates to management and clients.

Required Qualifications Skills:

  • B.Tech/BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Minimum 3 years of experience).
  • Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Minimum 6 years of experience).
