Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a key leadership role in the installation of wind turbines at our site in India.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee daily site activities, ensuring effective planning and execution in line with MS Project and POD requirements.
  • They will be responsible for managing crane operations, mobilization, and heavy material movement, while also supervising WTG installation activities to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will allocate work to contractors and engineers, monitor labor, tools, and equipment, and conduct site inspections to verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Relevant experience in wind project execution is essential.

  • The chosen candidate will be responsible for approving crane movement routes, ensuring lift planning is in place, and validating the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • They will also lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure timely sign-off of milestones.
