About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect with expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cloud strategy, migration, and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud architectures that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Lead the migration of applications and workloads to the cloud, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain cloud governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cloud-based applications and services that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on cloud-related matters, including architecture, security, and cost optimization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless computing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, and GDPR.
