Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to lead our product design efforts. With a strong background in digital design and experience in designing websites, apps, and other digital products, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement UX design strategies that meet business objectives and drive user engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design to ensure seamless execution of design concepts
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and create user-centered design solutions
  • Design and develop high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs for digital products
  • Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize design requirements and deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply this knowledge to continually improve our design processes and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your expertise in digital design
  • Hands-on experience in designing websites, creatives, and apps
  • Good sense of color combinations and typography
  • Proficient with design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch app
  • Ability to articulate requirements and deficiencies in the implementation of a design
  • Experience and/or ability to define and design interactions would be very good
