Job Title: Senior Engineering Visionary

We are a pioneering organization at the forefront of artificial intelligence and commerce, seeking a highly skilled individual to occupy the role of Senior Engineering Visionary.

This position is ideal for an innovative technologist who prioritizes coding over administrative tasks and prototyping over elaborate presentations.

  • You will deliver working prototypes weekly, deploy new releases bi-weekly, and create a one-page document detailing key project elements before embarking on major undertakings.
  • You will educate through demonstration, first solving complex problems, documenting your process, and then scaling it up through established patterns that others can replicate.
  • You will scrutinize every detail: Ensuring correctness, minimizing latency, guaranteeing safety, and identifying potential failure points, particularly for AI-driven features.

We are searching for someone with exceptional experience in developing production-ready systems, translating ambiguous product requirements into functional software within tight deadlines. You should possess hands-on experience with general-purpose AI (retrieval, tools, streaming, evaluation) and strong systems thinking.

Career Path & Title

Start as Senior Engineering Visionary. As we scale, you may choose either:

  • Principal/Distinguished Engineer track (maximizing technical influence), or
  • CTO/VP Engineering path once a team exists and requires leadership.
