Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business-analytics roadmaps, showcasing techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  2. Lead client workshops, transforming broad visions into actionable data science and AI-driven solutions.
  3. Define business problems concisely, consolidate findings, and propose targeted solutions.
  4. Engage with clients, presenting solutions confidently and addressing their needs effectively.
  5. Contribute to organizational growth through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

Essential Profile:

  • Business consulting experience, particularly in finance themes such as FP&A and Zero Base Budgeting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving analytical skills, combining creativity and logical thought to drive innovative solutions.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.
  • Sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite or senior management level.
