Job Overview

This pivotal role requires a skilled Product Designer to join our team and create innovative digital products that meet the needs of customers.

  • Implement product design for end customers with our core team, fostering seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Conceptualise and create user-centred designs for our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling user experiences, leveraging expertise and creativity.
  • Provide key inputs for the development of a globally scalable SaaS product, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design

Design engaging user interfaces for web applications, prioritising user experience and visual appeal across multiple platforms.

Wireframing and Prototyping

Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.

User Research

Conduct thorough user research and gather feedback to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences, integrating findings into the design process.

Iterative Design

Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of our products.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Design, showcasing expertise and portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools, including industry-leading software.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality results under pressure.
