Job Overview

We are seeking a senior QA automation engineer to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on automation experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks, and familiarity with banking workflows supported by nCino.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including loan origination system (LOS), credit memo, collateral, covenant tracking, deposit account opening, and workflow automation.
  • Validate Salesforce lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • Support continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for seamless testing and deployment.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (commercial lending, treasury, retail banking).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications (administrator, platform app builder, QA automation-focused).
  • nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
