Software Quality Assurance Expert

We're looking for a meticulous Software Quality Assurance Expert to join our team and elevate product quality. Your primary responsibilities will include testing our products, ensuring they meet digital accessibility standards, and identifying potential failure points.
Your expertise in software testing will enable you to prepare test design templates, perform hands-on testing, document test cases, and track issues. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other functional teams to understand requirements and determine the scope of testing.
- Prepare comprehensive test plans, execute thorough testing, and deliver high-quality results on tight timelines.
- Develop detailed documentation of test cases and manage issue tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights into project requirements and assess the extent of necessary testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 3-4 years of experience working with software applications.
- Familiarity with HTML, ARIA, REST API, CSS, JavaScript, and browser behavior.
- Strong understanding of white-box testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and regression testing.
- Experience using issue tracking tools like Jira/Sentry/Redmine/Bugzilla.
- Able to rapidly identify root causes of production support tickets.
- Exceptional debugging skills with the ability to clearly articulate bug causes.
- Ability to influence development teams to prioritize and fix bugs by effectively communicating technical issues.
- Knowledge of development technologies (Java, JavaScript, REST API, ReactJs, CSS).
- Test automation experience for web applications.
- Agile development lifecycle expertise.
