The Senior Quality Assurance Expert role presents an exceptional opportunity to elevate product excellence and drive innovative testing methodologies.

  • Drive UI automation with Cypress & TypeScript, API testing with Postman, and performance testing with K6, ensuring seamless integration of tools.\
  • Promote accessibility standards (Wave, AudioEye) and CI/CD test integration, fostering a culture of inclusive design.\
  • Leverage AI-first testing approaches to reduce reliance on manual test scripts, enabling faster and more accurate testing.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying expertise to improve overall quality assurance processes.\
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all testing aspects.\
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning.\
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize testing efficiency.

  • 10+ years in test automation, with hands-on experience in leading teams and developing comprehensive test strategies.\
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, accessibility, and automation frameworks, including Cypress, TypeScript, K6, and Postman.\
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide engineers.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.\
  • Passion for software testing and commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
