Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to support end-to-end campaign execution, leveraging personalization strategies and data-driven insights to maximize performance. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in email campaign management, advanced SQL skills, and experience designing and managing email campaigns.
The successful candidate will develop insights from complex data sets, present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients, and conduct A/B testing and hyper-personalization campaigns to improve engagement. The role requires a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, data selection, rollout, and reporting.
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across Oracle platforms (Responsys, Unity, Infinity IQ).
- Create and manage customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing is required, along with a proven track record in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns. Proficient SQL/PL-SQL skills and strong Excel skills are also essential. We value collaboration and excellent communication skills in our team.
