About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for excellence and customer satisfaction. You'll also enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets
  • Built strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and improve processes
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and account management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
