About this role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our project management team as a Project Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in estimation, costing, and budgeting for construction projects.
  • Prepare BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
  • Interpret and analyze architectural and structural plans.
  • Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.

You will gain hands-on training in Excel-based cost control, budgeting, and reporting tools, practical experience in interpretation of drawings and project planning, mentorship from experienced engineers and project managers, and skill development for a career in project execution and infrastructure management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas, reports).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
