Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an exceptional Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SLJ Projects Execution: Ensure the successful execution of SLJ projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and Medallia feedback.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety standards at all project sites and offices, aligning with HSEPS management system.
  • Financial Planning: Forecast revenue, billing, collections, change orders, and job closures at the beginning of each month, striving to exceed plan targets.
  • Working Capital Improvement: Enhance working capital metrics by timely billing and collection of payments.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure on-time completion of projects through effective problem-solving, scheduling, and project management capabilities.
  • Risk Management: Improve positive deviations through Risk and Opportunity Management (DGM > BGM).
  • Team Management: Drive the team to adopt consistent practices across work sites and ensure adherence to HAIL policies and procedures.
  • Project Methodologies: Effectively implement Honeywell Project Management Methodologies (HPMM) on a day-to-day basis for OTC and risk management.
  • Best Practices: Promote and share best practices across the site.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain quality standards at the site in accordance with Honeywell and industry safety standards.
  • Talent Development: Develop and motivate a talented team through continuous coaching.
  • Technical Skills: Possess sound technical knowledge of systems like Fire Alarm, PA, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, and Gas Suppression Systems.
  • SAP Knowledge: Have knowledge of SAP.
  • PMP Certification: Preference for PMP certification.
