We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our Investment Banking Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling client calls, and escalating issues to internal managers as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial markets and derivatives. He/She should also have excellent analytical skills, including the ability to derive information from data and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and handle client calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Evaluate complex financial data and provide insightful analysis to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations, with a focus on process management and client relationship-building.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with offshoring processes and methodologies a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidates with prior experience in financial analysis, market research, or investment banking operations are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willlingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
