Job Role: Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.
Operational & Financial Analytics
  • Prepare dashboards and models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.
Candidate ProfileQualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
