Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Analyst skills combined with Workday functional expertise.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders and product managers to understand business requirements, processes, and needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating these requirements into effective Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.

The position also requires configuring and maintaining Workday modules as per business requirements, preparing functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles. Additionally, the candidate will ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.

Key responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders and product managers, translating business requirements into Workday configurations, configuring and maintaining Workday modules, preparing functional documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of Workday configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
