">This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional assistance and support. As a Customer Support Representative, you will address customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in person, while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, both verbal and written, patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude are also essential. Previous customer service experience may be preferred.
">Education and Experience
">A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus. Relevant experience in customer service or a related field is also preferred.
">Working Conditions
">This position may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays as part of a rotating schedule. Shift timings may include night availability and weekends. You will manage incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner, engage in live chat support to address customer inquiries and concerns, and perform other tasks related to customer service and support as assigned.
">Estimated Salary
">$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
