Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding professionally to customer queries and calls.
  • Promoting, selling, and cross-selling travel products and services.
  • Creating new reservations, modifying existing bookings, and processing ticketing/refunds.
  • Providing accurate fare quotes and applying rules of carriage.
  • Escalating complex queries to senior team members when required.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

The following skills and qualifications are essential:

  • A high school qualification (or higher) with at least 2 years of experience in airline reservations, ticketing, airport check-ins, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in a GDS system (Amadeus preferred). IATA or Airline Basic Tariff certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong listening and communication abilities.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Flexible to work shifts and relocate to Ahmedabad if required.
