Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand our BPO portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in BPO.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the BPO industry (mandatory).
- Strong network and ability to generate and close leads independently.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing large BPO accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
