Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to meet client expectations.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and project management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a problem solver.
