Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison:
    • Manage relationships with educational institutions.
    • Ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.
  • Business Expansion:
    • Take ownership of growth in designated regions.
    • Work on strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Onboarding New Colleges and Universities:
    • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
    • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
    • Manage and support institutions during initial stages of adoption.
  • Training & Support:
    • Provide necessary training and support to clients.
    • Maintain and manage CRM systems.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
    • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
    • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
    • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
