Job Description: On-site technical support for PCS/BESS products

  • Complete on-site technical support and remote troubleshooting work for PCS/BESS products
  • Perform product debugging, maintenance, and modification tasks

Duties include on-site troubleshooting, guiding customers to handle simple faults by themselves, management of on-site spare parts, and tracking of spare parts under your name.

You will be responsible for maintaining normal customer relationships, organizing and providing feedback on customer opinions, learning about the working principle of our PCS/BESS products, and training customers.

This role requires adherence to company rules and reporting work on time.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English as working language
  • Self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations
  • Working experience in energy storage industry; experience with PCS and BESS is preferred
