Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical professional to join our team and work on-site, providing PCS/BESS product technical support and troubleshooting services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our PCS/BESS products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities

- Provide expert-level PCS/BESS product technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.
- Work closely with customers to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular product maintenance and modification work to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage on-site spare parts and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science).
- At least 3 years of experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with PCS/BESS products.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
