Renewable Energy Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a renewable energy expert.

As a PCS/BESS service engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our products, including product debugging, maintenance, and modification work. You will also troubleshoot products on-site and guide customers to handle simple faults themselves. Additionally, you will manage on-site spare parts, tracking and management to ensure normal operation of units.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete on-site technical support for PCS/BESS products.
  • Troubleshoot PCS/BESS products on-site and guide customers to handle simple faults themselves.
  • Manage PCS/BESS on-site spare parts, tracking and management to ensure normal operation of units.
  • Maintain customer relationships, communicate with customers, organize, and provide feedback on customer opinions.
  • Learn and understand the working principle of our PCS/BESS products, familiarize with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide training to customers.
  • Comply with departmental rules and report work on time.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations, and biased towards action.
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with experience in PCS and BESS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
