Job Opportunity in Renewable Energy Recruitment
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team as a Renewable Energy Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the renewable energy sector, helping us to find and attract top talent to drive business growth and success.
">The Job:
">As a Renewable Energy Recruiter, you will be responsible for researching, identifying and presenting candidates for mid to senior level positions in India. You will identify recruitment sources, network leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
">Client & Candidate Relationship Management is key to this role, with timely, professional and responsive interactions being crucial. You will create and update Progress Reports to track research and recruitment processes, arrange and attend client meetings, and create and write proposals and supporting RFI and RFP documents.
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2+ years' experience in full cycle recruitment, including job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting and closing. You will also need experience with various sourcing methodologies, including headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, and others.
">Interacting with clients (both local and international) and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process is essential, as is customer focus with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality control. Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail, are also required.
">Additionally, you will need to be an entrepreneurial spirit with a driven approach to growth and expansion, able to work independently and as part of a team, manage international offices and consultants, and be fluent in English.
