
Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. Your role will involve:
- Offering first-level technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assessing and qualifying user requests.
- Determining the root cause of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Processing and executing demands/resolve incidents following established procedures.
- Recording, tracking, and documenting incidents/service requests using our ticketing system.
- Ensuring timely resolution of incidents in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Elevating complex issues to senior technicians or other relevant teams when necessary.
- Delivering tailored responses to user demands and needs.
- Evaluating users' IT knowledge and autonomy levels and adjusting your response accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Skillset Requirements- A basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Candidate Profile:
Soft Skills and Expertise- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications are a plus.
