Job Title: Advanced Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Systems Administrator to manage our messaging and file transfer services.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, particularly in IT infrastructure related fields, with experience in outsourcing or managed services environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Sterling File Gateway (SFG)
  • Proficiency in Sterling Integrator
  • Familiarity with IBM Connect Express
  • Experience with IBM Connect Direct
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in production support roles
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux systems
  • Expertise in business process creation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS, S3, and Pesit (desired)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to onboard and manage high-performing teams. Strong project management skills, including cost control, budgeting, and optimization, are essential for success in this role.

  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • Effective communication and reporting skills, with experience in creating dashboards
