Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems Administrator based in Hyderabad. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and software applications. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system security, conducting regular backups, and executing routine updates and patches. The role will also involve collaborating with other IT and operations teams to support business processes and improve system efficiencies.

Qualifications

- Experience with network administration, server management, and IT infrastructure management
- Familiarity with system security protocols, backups, and recovery processes
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support other IT and operations teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
