IT Systems Administrator

This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
The goal will be to minimize disruptions to business operations while implementing optimizations, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues.
A key responsibility includes:
- Implementing optimization, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues
- Monitoring performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels
This position also involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs and analyze business requirements.
Some other responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting software applications related to internal IT applications
- Providing expertise in finance and operation modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Working knowledge of MS SQL databases and Microsoft Power BI
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who can lead and manage large IT projects and roll out IT ERP applications and infrastructures across various technologies.
Our ideal candidate should have experience in leading IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT applications, systems, and services.
They will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders.
